Earl Darden Sr.

Mr. Earl Darden, Sr. age, 90, of West Palm Beach, Florida passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 23, 2023 at his residence following an extended illness. He was born on July 16, 1933 to the late John L. Darden and Rossie Lee Tootle Darden in Wayne County, Georgia. Mr. Darden was employed as a Warehouse manager, locally.
Mr. Darden is preceded in death by both parents, his wife, Yvonne Darden, son, Latif Darden, Sr and daughter, Yvonne Darden.
He leaves to mourn his passing his one son, Earl L. (Valencia) Darden, of West Palm Beach, FL; two daughters, Patricia (Clifton) Knight, of Tuskegee, AL and Debra Ann Towns, of Reidsville, GA; thirteen grandchildren, twenty-two great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren; three brothers, Don (Eliza) Darden, Richard Darden, all of Jesup, GA and Eugene (Rachel) Darden, of Brooklyn, NY.
A visitation will be held Thursday, August 31. 2023 from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. at Orthodox Zion Primitive Baptist Church, 2900 North Australian Avenue, West Palm beach, FL. Elder James Chester, Pastor.
A viewing will be held on Friday, September 1, 2023 from 5-7 pm at Royal Funeral Home Chapel.
Homegoing Services will be held Saturday, September 2, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Bennett Union Missionary Baptist Church, 401 West Pine Street, Jesup, Georgia. Interment will take place at Sunset Oak Memorial Cemetery.
