Earl L. Michaels, 87, born October 4,1937 in Williamstown, PA, passed away at home surrounded by family in North Royalton, OH on Sunday, February 23, 2025. Beloved husband of Roberta (nee Petro); Loving father of Nancy McCann, Kathy Andrews (George), John Michaels (Angie) and Amy Hogberg (Carl); Cherished grandfather of Connor McCann, Gerrit McCann, Samantha Andrews, Sydney Michaels, Austin Michaels and Landon Hogberg; Son of the late Earl and the late Ruth; Brother of Betty (deceased), Delores, Ruth and John (deceased); well-loved brother-in-law, uncle, and cousin; treasured friend of many. He served in the United States Air Force for four years right after high school graduation and loved to spend time with family out in Hershey, PA every year as we were growing up. He worked the night shift at Deaconess Hospital in Cleveland as a Medical Laboratory Technician for thirty-five years. Earl having been orphaned at a young age, in lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made in Earl's name to Wendy's Wonderful Kids, a Dave Thomas Foundation Organization that supports the hiring of adoption professionals, known as recruiters, who are dedicated to finding permanent families for the longest-waiting children in foster care, teenagers, children with special needs and siblings. https://www.davethomasfoundation.org/how-we-help/wendys-wonderful-kids/.
