Earl Pfister Obituary
He was preceded in death by his parents, Vearna Pfister (Crawford) and Earl Joseph Pfister Sr.; his brother, Paul Pfister; his sister, Mary Elizabeth Pfister; his son, Jasen Pfister; and his significant other of 38 years, Carol Dennis.
Butch was a cherished father figure and hero to his daughters, Mary Beth Hart, Jessica Hoover, and Margie Hallmark. He was a proud grandfather to Christy, Johnny, Madyson, Jayden, Jenna, Jamie, and Viktor, and a loving great-grandfather to Ian, Marcus, Maylee, Mauree, Malikai, and Norah.
He is also survived by his siblings: Judy Shelton, Shirley Ferguson, Lynda Treffert, Stacy Pfister, Denise Smith, Fred Pfister, and Jeff Pfister, along with many nieces, nephews, and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, January 10, 2026 from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Woodlawn Christian Church in Woodlawn, Illinois with Mr. Doug Junkins to speak.
Memorials may be made in Butch's honor to Hughey Funeral Home to assist with the cost of cremation services.
