Mrs. Marian Earlene Duncan Camp, age 95, of Dalton, Georgia, known by all those who knew her and loved her as 'Earlene,' passed away peacefully on Monday, November 17, 2025.
Earlene was born on Friday, December 20, 1929, in Whitfield County, Georgia, to the late Mr. John Marion Duncan and the late Mrs. Mary Thelma Sane.
To know Earlene was to love her. She touched the lives of countless people throughout her almost 96 years. She was a lifelong member of Pine Grove Baptist Church in Dalton and was the church's oldest living active member. She will be dearly missed by all those who were blessed to have known her.
In addition to her parents, Earlene is preceded in death by her first husband, Douglas McNabb, as well as her second husband, Leonard Camp; her brother, Byron Duncan; and her granddaughter, Andrea McNabb.
Earlene is survived by her son, Scott McNabb; her sister, Frances Patterson; her granddaughter, Anna (Clete) Greeson; her great-grandchildren, Peyton Greeson, Lenox Greeson, Finley Greeson, and Ridge Greeson; and her sister-in-law, Hazel Hood. Earlene is further survived by several nieces and nephews, as well as her church family, whom she loved and adored, and who loved and adored her.
Funeral services to honor and celebrate Earlene's life and legacy will be conducted on Friday, November 21, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. in the Sanctuary of Pine Grove Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. Kelly Grant officiating. She will be laid to rest in the church's cemetery.
Earlene's family will receive friends for visitation on Thursday, November 20, from 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. at Love Funeral Home.
