Edgar Waters Obituary
Edgar was a Christian and attended Portland Victory Is Mine Church. He enjoyed playing horse shoes. He was a talented musician, both as a writer and a singer. Edgar also authored a book, "I Can't Go Back."
Reuniting with Edgar in Heaven are his parents, Arthur and Stella; his brothers, Charles Waters, Tom Waters, Ron Waters and Cotton Waters and his sisters, Stella Mattingly and Della Snook. Left to cherish precious memories of Edgar are his loving wife, Jane (Simpson) Waters; sons, Anthony Waters and Tom Waters; daughters, Denise Conway, Susan Floyd, Jeanette Spears and Teresa Grant; 7 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; brothers, David Waters, Tommy Waters and Buddy Waters and many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
Visitation for Edgar will be held Monday, November 21, 2022 from 10am - 1pm with his service beginning at 1pm at Spring Valley Funeral Home of New Albany, Indiana.

So sorry to hear of Edgar Paul's passing.I have wonderful memories of him and Uncle Buddy,Uncle Tommy,and Dave at Aunt Ruth's house when I lived there.Love to the family.
