Edith Luise Rogall Fehrmann, 92, of Spartanburg, passed away on March 16, 2025, after a long life well lived.
Born in Gelsenkirchen-Horst, Germany, she was the youngest of Friedrich and Luise Rogall’s seven children. She met her husband of sixty-six years, Roland O. Fehrmann, in Meilen, Switzerland, where they made their home prior to moving to the United States in 1964. Beloved wife and mother, cherished friend to many, Edith was ever grateful for the life she and her family were able to build and enjoy in America.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children Roland (Beth) Fehrmann and Beatrice (Roscoe) Lawson; granddaughter Lea (Richie) Callahan, and great grandchildren Preston and Braylen Callahan. She will be sadly missed by all.
As per Edith’s wishes, no funeral service will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Spartanburg Soup Kitchen or Mobile Meals.
