She was a member of Beechmont Baptist Church, and worked for Walgreens as a waitress at the lunch counter for 29 years.
Corine was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Nellie Mae (Farmer) Sapp; sisters, Annie Pierce, Barbara Sapp, Shirley Marple, and Mary Alice Sapp; brothers, Carroll, Robert, James, and Charles Sapp; and nephews, Roy Sapp, and Welton Ray Pierce.
She is survived by her daughter, Brenda Stone; niece, Carol Thompson (Scott); nephew, Joseph Sapp and a dear friend, Kathleen Hailey.
A Funeral celebrating Corine's life will be held Tuesday, November 7th, at 12 p.m., at Joseph E. Ratterman & Son Funeral Home, 7336 Southside Drive, with burial in Bethany Cemetery.
Visitation will also take place Tuesday, November 7th, from 11 a.m. - 12 p.m., one hour prior to her service at Ratterman's Funeral Home.
