Edna Mae Mormile

Edna Mae Mormile, 93 of Chestnut Ridge, NY, passed away on Thursday, July 25, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. Edna was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Edna was born in Paterson, NJ, and also lived in Brooklyn and Staten Island, before she eventually settled in Chestnut Ridge, NY with her loving husband Nicholas and two sons. Nicholas and Edna shared a lifetime of love and companionship, married 68 years. Edna is also survived by her two sons: Ken and his wife Jackie, and Keith and his wife Terry. Her legacy of love extends to her four grandchildren: Alexandra, Christopher and his wife Brianna, Taylor, and Steven. She was also blessed with one great-grandchild, Emmett. Edna was known for her generous spirit, kindness, love of family, and the New York Mets. She touched the lives of many and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
