She was born January 12, 1934, in Rea, PA to the late Nathaniel and Anna Holmes Fowler.
She retired from Brooke County Schools as a cook, and she was a member of the West Middletown Christian Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Stephen Samuel Pepe Sr. who passed in 1998, her son Stephen "Sam" Pepe Jr., (Darla), her siblings Anna Milvet, Ruth Myrt Stolkovich, William Jack Fowler, Albert Fowler, Harry David Fowler, Mary Ellen King, Reathie Mae, Elsie Mae Buchanon, Martha Collins, Emma Starinsky, Edythe Fisher.
She is survived by her sons Anthony Pepe (Mary Kay) of Wellsburg, WV and Tim Pepe of Medina, OH, sister-in-law Flora Antigo of Wellsburg, WV, six grandchildren Deanna (Dan) Matechak, Angela (Zenovy) Wowczuk, Andrea (Ryan) Owens, Stephen and Jamie Pepe, Tyler (Kelcey) Pepe, Jessica Pepe, eight great grandchildren Ethan, Henry, Mary, Aria, Connor, Stefan, Owen and Sofia, also survived are special friends Anna DeGarmo, GiGi Huff and Eleanor Sacripanti, special nurse Gina and many nieces and nephews also survive.
Private family services will be at convenience of the family.
