Natural Bridge- Edris Ann Fox, 92, died peacefully on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at the Lewis County Residential Healthcare Facility, surrounded by her loving family.
Services will be held privately by her family. She will be buried in the Barnes Corners Cemetery in the Spring.
She was born on May 27, 1933, in Lowville, to Earl and Luella (McBain) Greenfield. She attended school in Lowville, NY. She married Kenneth J. Fox on April 1, 1993. Edris was primarily a homemaker.
Survivors include her children, Patricia (Vincent) O’Neil, Natural Bridge; Larry (Drucilla) Fox, Key West, Florida; Brenda (Randy) Hall, West Carthage; Sandra (Bob) Mancuso, Batavia; Michael (Jan) Fox, Natural Bridge; 5 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild. She is also survived by her siblings, Walter Jones, Jr., also known as “Junior”, Georgia; Virgil (Karen) Jones, Castorland; Nancy Jones Rice, Lowville; and Merritt (Misti) Jones, Georgia; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Edris enjoyed knitting winter socks, crocheting, spending time with her family, playing BINGO, snowmobiling, and camping at Old Forge.
She is predeceased by her parents, her husband Kenneth J. Fox, and her siblings, Danny Greenfield, Mona Mooney, Myrtle Jones, aka “Tootsie”, Linda Jones, and Thomas Carl Jones.
Donations may be made to the St. Jude’s’s Children’s Hospital. Arrangements are being handled by Lundy Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Inc. Condolences can be made online at www.lundyfuneralhome.com.
