Eduardo Mora Jr. was born in San Antonio, Texas to parents Eduardo and Esperanza Mora on July 19, 1953. Eduardo entered into eternal rest on April 21, 2025 at the age of 71. He is preceded in death by his father; Eduardo Mora Sr., mother; Esperanza Mora, grandson; Baby Andrew Mora, and brother; Joe Frank Mora. Eduardo is survived by his wife; Estella Mora, sons; Eduardo Mora III (Barbara), Andrew Mora, Eric Mora (Amanda), and Anthony Mora. Brothers; Reynoldo Mora, and Victor Mora. Sisters; Syliva Ruiz, Esther Balderas (Jesse), and Yolanda Mejia (J.R.) Grandchildren; Edward, Brandon, Briana, Bryce, Brenee, Kaizah, Kaitlyn, and Isaiah. Great grandchildren; Aleric and Izrael. Eduardo worked for H-E-B- for over 26 years and 22 years for Fleming Foods. Eddie as everyone knew him by was a devoted loving husband, father, and grandfather. He loved his family so much and even married his high school sweetheart Estella. They dated for one year and were married for 49 wonderful years. Who together have loved eight grandkids and 2 great grandkids. Please come and join the family of Eddie as we gather to honor and pay tribute to a wonderful father and beautiful life lived. Services are as follows:
Thursday- May 1, 2025
4p.m.-8p.m.- Visitation to be held at Texas Funeral Home, 2702 Castroville Road, San Antonio, Texas 78237. With a prayer to be recited at 6:30p.m.
Friday- May 2, 2025
8a.m.-10:30a.m.- Visitation to be held at Divine Christian Church, 1479 Co. Rd 5710, Devine, Texas 78016.
11a.m.- Burial Service at St. Joseph Cemetery, Allman Cemetery Ln, Devine, TX 78016
