Edward Earl Boyd, age 74 of Eaton, passed away Thursday, July 18, 2024. He was born October 30, 1949 in Ashland, Kentucky to the late Arthur Boyd and Julia Austin.
Edward is survived by his beloved wife of 42 years, Janice Boyd; four daughters, Angela Ritchie, Pamela Boyd, Jennifer Martinez and Kimberly Preston; grandchildren, Robert Coots, Jonathan Boyd, Vanessa Dapice, Sabrina Martinez, and Alaia Martinez; four siblings, Robert (Penny) Boyd, Mason Boyd, Garnett (Tim) Bartram, Frank Boyd; and very close friends from Dupont in West Alex. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm on Tuesday, 7/30/2024 at Newcomer Funeral Home, Kettering Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd. Kettering, OH 45439). Funeral Service will be officiated by Pastor Collins at 12:00 pm following visitation. Edward will be laid to rest at Bearcreek Cemetery following services.
