Mr. Edward "Ed" Worth Joye, age 91 of Clover, SC passed away on Wednesday, April 24th, 2024.
The family will receive friends from 1-2 PM on Sunday, April 28th, 2024 at Bratton Funeral Home, 1455 Filbert Hwy York, SC. A graveside service will be held at 2 pm at Lakeview Memory Gardens 1774 Filbert Hwy York, SC with Rev. Steve Ehrhart.
Ed was born on March 23, 1933 in Tirzah, SC. He was the son of the late Thomas Henry Joye and Annie Mae Sexton Joye and was the widow of Hilda Mae Wood Joye. He was retired owner/operator of Ed Joye's Sheetrock Company and a veteran of the U S Army National Guard.
Ed is survived by his children, Clarence Edward Joye (Connie Michelle), Terry Roxanne Dover (Danny), and David Michael Joye, Jessie Wood, and John Wood (Diana). His sister Frankie Joye Walker (Harold Dean), along with numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
