Edward S. Lukaszewicz died peacefully on Sunday morning July 14, 2024. He was born on January 10, 1948 to the late Joseph and Alice (Scott) Lukaszewicz.
Ed loved the peace of the country, swapping stories with anyone who would listen, cracking jokes, and nights at the dinner table with his family. His interests included watching the Packers, Cubs, and Brewers, golf, bike rides, playing cards, history, fishing, and late-night B movies. He had a quick wit but was warm, genuine, and cared deeply for his wife, children, and grandchildren. His larger-than-life presence will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
He is preceded in death by his parents, his sister Sharon Tack, and his brother Frank Lukaszewicz. He is survived by his loving wife Kathleen (Peskie) Lukaszewicz, his children Lee (Sara) Lukaszewicz, and Lacy (Jake) Nelsen, his sister Jodi Jacoby, and his sister in law Theresa Lukaszewicz.
He is further survived by his grandchildren Markus Lukaszewicz and Miles Nelsen.
Graveside Services for Edward will be held at 11:00AM on Saturday July 20, 2024 at Guardian Angel Cemetery in Stevens Point WI. Chaplain Mark Lewis will officiate. Pisarski Funeral Homes are honored to be serving the family. For online condolences please visit www.pisarskifuneralhome.com
