Edward D. Miller, age 93, of Meadville, passed away Saturday Evening December 13, 2025, in Meadville Medical Center.

He was born in Mason, Iowa on August 14, 1932, the son of Orval and Marjorie (Pletcher) Miller.

On May 25, 1953, Ed married the former Louise Erickson, she passed away October 17, 1993, and in July of 1994 Ed married the former Marlene Smock Kebert, she survives.

After high school he drove truck, worked as a carpenter and sold cars. Past president of the Meadville Rotary Club, belonged to the Studebaker Driver’s Club and Kaiser/Frayer Owner Club.

He was owner/operator of Nissan and Subaru dealership, Jim Taylor Motors, in Meadville, PA.

He was an active member of First Baptist Church, Meadville and the FIC Sunday School Class, and served on many boards.

He is survived by his wife of 31 years Marlene Miller; three daughters, Miriam Crossman (Scott) of McKean, PA, Wanda Willard (Bruce) of Solway, MN, Betty McClellen (Gary) of Meadville; three step-sons, Richard Kebert (Angela) of Mercer, James Kebert (Nancy) of Phoenix, AZ, Robert Kebert (Melissa) of Meadville; siblings, Nellie Steider (Robert), Juanita Marner (Clair); 16 grandchildren and step grandchildren, many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and cousins with whom he was close.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife Louise, and siblings Marilyn Yoder (John) and Durward "Butch" Miller (Nova Jean).

Family and friends will be received on Friday December 19, 2025, in ROSE AND WAID FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 581 CHESTNUT STREET, MEADVILLE from 3:00-6:00 PM. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday December 20, 2025, at 11:00 AM in First Baptist Church of Meadville, 353 Chestnut St. Meadville, with Steve Mattocks, pastor of the church officiating.

Burial will be private in Sunnyside Cemetery, Conneaut Lake.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church of Meadville, 353 Chestnut St., Meadville, PA 16335.
