Edward John "Ed" "Beeb" Nare, age 73, of Milford, Ohio passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 16th, 2023 with his loving family by his side. He was born October 13th, 1950 in Rockland, Maine to the late Henry "Hank" and Virginia Nare.
Ed was a devoted Husband, Father, Pops, Brother, and Friend. He spent his life dedicated to his family and was affectionately known as "Mr. Mom" as he played such an active role in his sons' lives. He was a wonderfully engaging man who was passionate about cooking, reading, wisecracking, and Cincinnati sports.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Rebecca Elwell. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Jan Nare; sons Kyle (Aubrey) Nare and Bryan Nare; grandson Holden Nare; brothers Henry "Gus" (Deborah) Nare, Jr., Arthur (Evelyn) Nare, John Nare; sisters Mary (the late Herbert) Elwell, Felicia (Arthur) Burke and Margaret "Midge" (Terry) Brewer; brothers-in-law Herb (Patricia) Doolan, Gary (Cindy) Doolan and Jim Doolan; and numerous "favorite" nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 5890 Buckwheat Road, Milford, Ohio 45150 on Tuesday, November 28th from 9am to 11am.
Memorial Mass will also take place at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church at 11am with Father Del Staigers officiating and will be directly followed by Inurnment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 11000 Montgomery Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45249. Following the Inurnment, a Celebration of Ed's Life is planned at the Leming House, 5951 Buckwheat Road, Milford, Ohio 45150.
