Edward "Ed" Dale Rupright, age 48 of Winchester, passed away peacefully on November 30, 2023, at Alive Hospice the Residence in Nashville. Ed was born on October 22, 1975, in South Bend, Indiana, to Mabel (Wharton) Rupright and the late Melvin Rupright. He enjoyed gaming, and being outside either kayaking, boating, camping, hiking, or riding four-wheelers. He would always try anything once. In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his grandparents, Sarah and Melvin Rupright and Ruth and Howie Wharton. Ed is survived by his wife, Theresa Rupright; mother, Mabel Rupright; children, Robin (Albert) Swanson, and Bradley (Jessica) Anderson; grandchildren, Karlee Swanson (his birthday twin), Jayleigh Anderson (his little Jellybean), and Ethan Anderson (his little monkey); brother, Timothy (Britni) Rupright; and nieces and nephews, Jaidan, Kayleigh, Kelley and Kyra (Chance). Visitation will be held on Monday, December 4, 2023, from 11:00am -1:00pm at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home with funeral service following at 1:00pm from the chapel of Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Gardens with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
