Edward Arnold Timblin, 77, of Camden, West Virginia, passed away peacefully on July 8, 2025. He was born on July 23, 1947, in Clearfield, Pennsylvania, to the late Robert Timblin and Betty Swoop Timblin.
Known to family and friends as Ed, he was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Timblin; his parents; and his brothers, Russ and Melvin. He is survived by his sons, Travis Timblin (Tina Skinner), Troy Timblin, and Edd Neal; his brothers, Walt, Roy, and Bobby; his sister, Helen Timblin; and his grandchildren, Emma Timblin (Ian), Ryan Frank (Jessica), Alicia Timblin, Tessa Timblin (Storm), Alexis Grapes, Dylan Timblin and Jordyn Sage. He also leaves behind great-grandchildren Vivian and Jett Wilson, Remilyn and Ralph Frank, and Lorelai, Thomas, and Bane Walkinshaw.
Ed worked as a truck driver for MST Trucking Company and was known for his strong work ethic and friendly nature.
In his free time, Ed enjoyed watching old westerns, listening to classic country music, spending time outdoors, and telling stories-often adding a little extra flair for fun. He could often be found out in the garage tinkering with tools, working on a new project, or fixing up something for a neighbor or family member. Whether it was an old engine or a homemade gadget, Ed loved to keep his hands busy and his mind sharp. But above all, he loved spending time with his family.
A celebration of his life will be held at a later date. Honoring Ed's wishes, cremation services have been entrusted to the Fred Jenkins Funeral Home.
