Edward Wayne Walls, a devoted husband, father, and cherished papaw, passed away peacefully on January 7, 2025, at the age of 79, surrounded by the love of his family in Cincinnati, Ohio. Born on July 10, 1945, Edward was a steadfast presence in the lives of all who knew him. Family was the heart of Edward's life; he cherished his beloved wife, Linda, and took great pride in his children: Gina Tauber, Anthony Walls, Alyssa Walls, and Tom (Traci) Burbage. His legacy continues through his grandchildren-Logan, Kevin, Luna, Skye, Tori, TJay, and Trent-who filled his heart with joy and laughter, and siblings Warren (Barb) Walls and Bobbi Smith. A loyal friend to many, Edward was always the first to lend a helping hand to those in need. He approached life with a hard-working spirit, dedicating 30 years of his career to serving as an assistant manager at Sears Auto Center. His commitment and dedication were evident in all he did, and his work ethic inspired those around him. As we remember Edward, we honor a life led with love, kindness, and empathy. His warm smile, gentle nature, and unwavering support will be dearly missed by all who were fortunate to know him. A memorial service to celebrate Edward's life will take place at Evans Funeral Home in Milford on January 17, 2025, at 7:00 PM, following a visitation from 6:00 PM. In the days to come, let us gather to reflect on Edward Wayne Walls' remarkable journey through life, sharing stories that honor his memory and keep his spirit alive in our hearts.
