Edward Anthony Walls, 82, of Exton, formerly of Easton, passed away on Saturday, May 31, 2025 at St. Martha Manor, Downingtown.
Born in Fountain Hill, Edward was the son of the late Edward and Josephine J. (Limons) Walls. He was the beloved husband of Carol Lynn (Ziray) Selander-Walls. The couple shared 27 years of marriage.
After graduating from Liberty High School, Class of 1961, Edward proudly served in the United States Army, serving in Germany. He then earned a bachelor's degree from Kutztown University. Edward had many different professions throughout his career, including Special Education Teacher, Chef, and an Avionics Technician.
Edward enjoyed traveling, and had a great love for Japanese culture. He also loved playing guitar, music, and music festivals. He had attended Woodstock, and would also attend Musikfest every year. Edward enjoyed vacationing in Cape May. He was also a published author, writing about his motorcycle trip across the United States and Canada on his Norton Atlas. Edward also loved chocolate.
In addition to his wife, Edward is survived by his children: Jenna Klaar Kulp (Steve) of Downingtown, and Ero Karl Selander (Beth) of Exton; grandchildren: Autumn, Rebekah, Edward II, Winter, Mairy, Ryder, Maycie, Isabel, Carly, and Owen; sister: Kathleen Rockovitz.
In addition to his parents, Edward was preceded in death by his son: Eric Edward Walls; sister: Joanie Sloyer; brother-in-law: Dennis "Rocky" Rockovitz.
Services will be conducted privately at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Gary Sinise Foundation.
