Mr. McDaniel, 36, of Oakdale, entered eternal rest on Sunday, August 14, 2022, in Oberlin, LA.
He was a loving husband, father, son, brother, uncle and friend and a member of Christ Church. He had a special place in his heart for children, especially his nieces and nephews. He was a hard worker, had a contagious smile and was always the life of the party. His hobbies included hunting, fishing, and mud riding. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Tammy Cole McDaniel; paternal grandparents, Raymond and Sarah Ann McDaniel; maternal grandfather, Deryl Wayne Cole; and one cousin, Lacy Elkins.
Those left to mourn his loss and cherish his memory include his loving wife, Sabrena McDaniel of Oakdale; two sons, Kyle McDaniel of Oakdale, and Kylar McDaniel of Oakdale; four daughters, Alba Rose McDaniel of Oakdale, Bruna Higginbotham of Lafayette, Mona Blayke Fox of Oakdale, and Sada Jade Willis of Oakdale; his father, Delford McDaniel of Plainview; two brothers, Dustin Friday (Candice) of Oakdale, and Jackson McDaniel of Plainview; one sister, Summer McDaniel (Luke) of Oakdale; and his maternal grandmother, Sybil Cole of Oakdale.
A time of visitation will be held at Rush Funeral Home, Oakdale on Tuesday, August 16, 2022, from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. Visitation will resume in the Chapel of Rush Funeral Home, Oakdale, on Wednesday, August 17, 2022, from 8:00 a.m. until time of service.
Pallbearers honored to serve are: Luke Rogers, Jeremy Townsend, Chase Willis, Cody McDaniel, Hollis Humphries and Brent Gaskin. Honorary pallbearers will be Fred Lee Perkins, Blayton Friday and Luke Ballard.
