Edwin was born November 22, 1956, to Edward Velasquez and Susie Moreno in Clovis, NM. Edwin loved cooking. He sold burritos for extra money and was known as the Burrito Man. He enjoyed body work. And a famous quote was " If I can take it apart, I can put it back together. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
Edwin is survived by his spouse; Christine Velasquez of the home, brothers; Teddy (Don) Velasquez of Nevada, Freddy (Roberta) Velasquez of Clovis, NM, sister; Heady Fain of Clovis, NM, Evelyn Velasquez of California, sons; Edwin Jr. (Summer) Velasquez of Nevada, Ezekiel Velasquez of Clovis, NM, and stepdaughter; Jazmine Olivarez of Albuquerque, NM.

I had Edwin as a patient while he was in the hospital and I loved him so much. I would always think about how he was doing after he got discharged. I hope you rest in peace! and I hope you are serving burritos in heaven.
