Eileen G. (Burnetti) Barnes, age 103, passed away surrounded by her loving family on Monday, January 12, 2026. She was born in Erie on February 17, 1922, a daughter of the late Edward and Marie (Rastatter) Burnetti.
Eileen loved spending time with family and going to the beach.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde S. Barnes; a son, Dr. Dennis Barnes DMD, formerly of Scottsdale & Prescott, AZ; a sister, Elizabeth Barnes; a brother-in-law, Donald W. Barnes and a nephew, Donald W. Barnes, Jr.
Eileen is survived by her daughter and best friend, Judy Arduini, husband Angelo, grandchildren Jeff Arduini, Lori Arduini and David Arduini, wife Emily; great grandchildren, Bella, Gianna and Trey Arduini; and a daughter-in-law, Deborah Barnes
A special THANK YOU to her granddaughter, Lori and her special caregivers Rick, Nancy and Suzanne and the LECOM VNA Hospice team for the wonderful care they gave to Eileen.
Friends are invited to call on Wednesday, January 21st from 11 am until the time of the service at 2 pm at Brugger Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1595 West 38th Street. Burial will be private in Laurel Hill Cemetery.
