Eileen Belisle age 62 passed away on November 5th 2024, sadly losing her battle with cancer.
She was the daughter of Joseph and Betty Morrison of Egg Harbor City. She was born November 7th 1961 in Atlantic City NJ. She was a graduate of Oakcrest High School.
Eileen served 17 years in the New Jersey Army National Guard where she was an instructor. Afterwards, Eileen worked 30 years in Merchandising and Marketing, from which she just recently retired.
With Eileen having input into this obituary, she felt that she lived a fun and very full life in her short amount of years. She always said she didn't miss much.
Eileen is survived by a large family.
She will be sadly missed by her husband Herb Belisle to whom she was happily married to for over 30 years.
She will be remembered by her two most important achievements in her life her two children Paul Carty and Gina Tavalaro and was blessed to have a wonderful son in law Thomas Tavalaro who she loved like a son.
They gave her a grandson Thomas Tavalaro III, to which her heart truly belonged.
Eileen felt fortunate to have been a step mom to Matthew Belisle and "grandma eileen" to his four beautiful daughters Lycette, Jeanette, Giada and Rylee Belisle.
She is predeceased by her sister Kathy Vanderski and brother Joseph Dileo.
It is with certainty that her brothers Anthony Morrison and Michael Morrison and her sisters Patti Bertino and Ann Sisbarro, will surely remember her as the pain in the ass little sister.
Her memory will also be cherished by her many nieces and nephews. Nora Jones, Angela Vanderski, Fred Sisbarro, Gary Adams, Michael Adams, Lisa Cortese, Anthony Morrison, Michael Morrison, Kristen Morrison, Jason Morrison and Jonathan Morrison. All of which have been secretly told at one time or another that they were her favorite!!
She was fortunate to have had time with the next generation in the family.. Benjamin Adams, Nicholas Adams, Fred Sisbarro and Giavanna Cortese.
Eileen was blessed with many friends in her life. She loved them with fierce loyalty.
It is her wishes that any donations be made to Marys Place By the Sea. 22 Main Ave, Ocean Grove, NJ 07756 which is a refuge for women with cancer.

Eileen was my boss, but she cared about her employees, and made you feel like you were a friend, almost family, and that she really cared about you and made you always want to go the extra mile. She was a positive person, very empathetic, and had a great sense of humor, and was really just so special. I miss her very much but I feel blessed that I was able to work for her and know her a little. This is hard but I can't even imagine the loss for all her family. I am really sorry. She made my life better and I will always remember her.

Eileen was not just a boss, she was a friend, a positive light whenever we spoke or met. She never let anything get her down, and she always had an encouraging word to say. She had a calmness and a quiet joy about her and I know she cherished her family most of all. She will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

In the mid 1980s We met as soldiers at the NJ Nastional Guard Armory. Immediately connected. She was always kind, funny, supportive and loved her children. She was a bride's maid at my wedding in 1990 but more than that, she was a trusted and much love friend.
