Eileen Pace Cordray

Eileen Pace Cordray aka Precious Granny, 80, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, August 17, 2025.
Eileen was born in Houston on February 13, 1945. A 1963 graduate of South Houston High School she married Mike Sprouse in 1964. A realtor and longtime Deer Park resident she married Darryl Cordray in 1983 and they owned U-Cart Concrete nka Bay Area Rentals in Pasadena.
Eileen is survived by her husband and sweetheart of 42 years, Darryl Cordray, her brothers James B. Pace Jr. and John B. Pace, her children, Dean Sprouse, Karen Sinclair-Sprouse, Shelley Cordray Penaloza, Neal Cordray, and Chad Cordray. There are many other family and friends who loved her dearly.
She is preceded in death by her beloved mother Ida Elizabeth Gibson and her father, James Benjamin Pace Sr.
