Eileen M. Flodine

Eileen M. (Sprute) Flodine, age 96, of North Versailles passed away Thursday, March 6, 2025. She was born February 3, 1929 in North Braddock, the daughter of the late Frank and Mary (Vrabel) Sprute. She was a devoted mother and enjoyed gardening and crocheting sweaters for everyone in the family. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her Husband Kenneth N. Flodine; son Kenneth Flodine; and grandchildren Kyle Flodine, Logan Flodine and Grant Chupinka. She is survived by her children Keith Flodine of North Versailles, Kim (Former husband Stephen) Chupinka of North Strabane and Kurt (Lisa) Flodine of North Versailles; grandchildren Brett (Audrianna) Chupinka, Tyler (Stephanie) Chupinka, Colin (Lexie) Chupinka, Shane Flodine, Tanner Flodine and Cameron Flodine; and great grandchildren Brody, Luciana, Cooper, Brielle, Theo, Jett and Isla. Friends and family will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the Forgie-Snyder Funeral Home, 1032 Broadway, East McKeesport, 412-823-8083. A funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the Faith Lutheran Church in White Oak. Interment will follow at Penn Lincoln Memorial Park on North Huntingdon Township.
