Eileen Mae Healy

Eileen Healy passed away peacefully on Friday, October 10, 2025. She was born on July 18, 1938, to Patrick and Nora (Sullivan) Healy in Chicago, Illinois.

A Funeral Mass for Eileen will take place on Friday, October 24, 2025, at 11:00 am at St. Bernard Catholic Church (555 E. Delaware Ave. Benton Harbor, Michigan 49022) with visitation taking place on hour prior to Mass at church. Eileen will be laid to rest at a later date at the Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery in Alsip, Illinois. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Eileen's name to your favorite charity. Eileen grew up in Chicago (Southside Irish.) She worked in the advertising field and eventually moved to Michigan. She retired from the Berrien County Courthouse. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Patrick and Nora Healy; sisters, Margaret "Peg" and Nora. She is survived by many cousins here in the United States and Ireland; her "Lowe Avenue" gang, her St. Bernard/St. John Church community, numerous friends, and close friends, Frances Carpenter and Joyce Oboy.
