Elaine Hamski Obituary
Elaine D. Hamski, 69, passed away on May 9, 2024. Daughter of the late Victor and Dolores Malkus. Dear wife of the late Michael Hamski and mother of the late Melanie Grant. Sadly missed by her brother William M. Malkus (Catherine) and four nephews and their families. Elaine is the sister-in-law of Jeffrey Hamski and Renee H. Brock. Elaine lived in Pennypack Woods and was a longtime employee of Sears and also the Lincare Company. Elaine enjoyed playing board games with her family, cards, bowling, working with stain glass and swimming in the pool at Pennypack Woods. Elaine also was an avid reader, loved doing puzzles, listening to music and watching TV and movies.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather on Friday, May 17, 2024 beginning at 9:30 AM at the Slabinski Sucharski Funeral Home, 2614 Orthodox St., Philadelphia, PA 19137. Services 11 AM. Interment will follow in Holy Redeemer Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Elaine's memory to the American Lung Association, 625 N. Governor Printz Blvd. #4, Essington, PA 19029 would be appreciated by her family.
