Eleanor E. Fox, age 85 of McKean Twp., passed away at her home on Saturday, November 8, 2025 surrounded by her family. She was born in McKean Twp. on December 20, 1939, a daughter of the late Thaddeus Micholewski and Katherine Skupinski Dzeskewicz.

Eleanor was a loving sister, aunt and friend who enjoyed spending time nurturing her flower gardens, playing cards, and baking while listening to her Polish music. Creating wedding cakes was her specialty. A longtime and active member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, she served on the Rosary Society and Sunshine Circle. She truly enjoyed being a part of the card party committee, which gave her the opportunity to show off her creative abilities.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Terri Fox Severo; grandson, Craig Alan Hirz; brothers, Adam (Genevieve) Dzeskewicz, Joseph (Mary) Dzeskewicz, Frank (Delores) Dzeskewicz, Chester (Loretta) Dzeskewicz, John (Jessie) Dzeskewicz; and five sisters, Anna (Nicholas) Danylko, Helen (Felix) Wozniak, Loretta (Leo) Olszewski, Frances Dzeskewicz, and infant, Mary Dzeskewicz.

She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who is survived by her husband of 66 years, Richard Fox Sr.; their children, Sandy (Pat) Hirz, Sheri (Rick) Rohan, Richard (Michelle) Fox, Jr., and Lynn (Tim) English; a son-in-law, John Severo; also, 13 grandchildren, and 26 great-grandchildren, with an additional three arriving soon.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the Interim Hospice team for their loving care and support. Your tender attention and dedication during this time has been greatly appreciated.
