HENDERSON-Eleanor Percy Rigsbee, 95, of Pollyanna Road, died Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at Warren Hills Nursing Home in Warrenton. Born September 30, 1930 in Richmond, VA. She was the daughter of the late Daisy Short Percy and Victor L. Percy and was the widow of Curtis Love Wilson and Coley Leonard Rigsbee, Jr.
Eleanor retired from Liggett-Myers Tobacco Company, and loved her dogs, especially “Haley.”
To honor her wishes no services will be held.
She is survived by two daughters, Gail Wilson-Paige and husband, Bob of Cartersville, Ga., and Patsey Wilson Roberts and husband, Daryl of Stratford, Tx.; a son, Rick Wilson of Henderson; a sister, Donna Percy of Durham; five grandchildren, Stacey Pelfrey and husband, Terry, Shannon Murray and wife, Christy, Darran Wilson, Sharyn Blankenship and Doye “Bubba” Blakenship and wife, Amanda; and six greatgrandchildren, Savannah Acheson and husband, Conor, Jake Pelfrey, Brady Murray, Lear Murray, Ripsey Blankenship and Bella Blankenship.
In addition to her parents and her husbands, she was preceded in death by four brothers, Jerry Percy, Ralph Percy, Willard Percy and Victor Percy; and three sisters, Alice Green, Olive P. Hilliard and Martha P. Boatright.
