Eli was the loving son of Steven and Sheri Silverman, dear older brother of Joshua Silverman; cherished grandson of Bryna Berman and Jay Berman, the adored great-grandson to the late Joan Silverman and Irwin Silverman. Eli is survived by his loving cousins, aunts and uncles. He will be missed. Temple service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday August 13, 2023, at Aventura Turnberry Jewish Center located, 20400 NE 30th Avenue, Aventura, Florida 33180. Followed by interment at Beth David Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Levitt-Weinstein Blasberg-Rubin-Zilbert (305) 932-2700

Dear Sheri, Steve, and Josh,
Nearly 4 weeks have passed since darkness entered your world so tragically and unexpectedly.
Although it´s been a few years, since we would regularly see each other, Eli´s passing continues to weigh heavily on me because of how close to home this was, and your close friendship with Holly and the boys.
Yet, through all this darkness, I´ve never witnessed such an immediate and powerful outpouring of support from so many people of all ages and generations as you´ve experienced.
While this doesn´t really fix anything, Eli´s memorial service, with more than a dozen beautiful testimonials to the powerful and indelible impact that your young man left on so his peers, was both unprecedented and deeply moving. I will never forget that service.
We can only hope and pray that it gave all of you some comfort, knowing that you did everything right as parents and big brother from the day Eli was born. Everyone who knows you guys certainly knows that.
Stay strong. I´m sure that´s the way Eli would´ve wanted it.
