Elisabeth WIlliams

Elisabeth Williams, 75, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 5, 2026, at I.U. Health Ball Memorial Hospital.

Elisabeth was born on June 12, 1950, to Michael and Amalia Maslowski in the Grand-Est region of France. She later made her home in Muncie and was a 1969 graduate of Southside High School.

On May 24, 1970, Elisabeth married her high school sweetheart, Patrick Williams, and together they shared a loving marriage built on faith, commitment, and family. Elisabeth truly embodied the spirit of Proverbs 31:10, a virtuous woman whose worth was far above rubies. Together, they created a home where faith guided their lives and family was always at the center. In time, their greatest joys multiplied with children and later grandchildren. She treasured being their grandmother and loved every opportunity to spend time with them, surrounding them with the same love, guidance, and faith that shaped her own life.

After raising her two sons, Elisabeth entered the workforce and spent 22 years working for Lifestreams Services. During her time there, she served as both a driver and dispatcher, faithfully assisting those in need and forming many meaningful connections along the way.

Above all, Elisabeth will be remembered for her deep faith, her devotion to her family, and the quiet kindness she shared with those around her.

Elisabeth is survived by her husband of 55 years, Patrick Williams of Muncie; two sons, Patrick Williams II (wife, Patricia) and Michael Williams (wife, Heather); seven grandchildren, Anna Rodriguez Vazquez (husband, Omar), Caleb Williams (wife, Lily), Mary Smalley (husband, Bryce), Kaitlyn O'Bryant (husband, Brodie), Rose Williams, Lucy Williams, and Lily Williams; and one great-granddaughter, Vivian Williams.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one aunt, Lisa Jeremenko.

A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, March 13, 2026, at The Meeks Mortuary and Crematory, Washington Street Chapel, with Pastor Steve Huddleston officiating. Burial will follow at Tomlinson Cemetery.

Friends and family may call from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 12, 2026, and again from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service on Friday, March 13, 2026, all at The Meeks Mortuary and Crematory, Washington Street Chapel.
