EVERETT, MA --- Elizabeth Ann Field, 45, of Everett, MA, known affectionately as Beth to her friends and family, passed away suddenly from a seizure on Saturday, July 26, 2025, at her home in Norwood, MA.
Born on February 8, 1980, in Boston, MA, Beth was a beacon of love and courage throughout her life, touching the hearts of everyone she met with her gentle spirit.
Beth grew up in a close-knit family and was the cherished daughter of Debra and Richard Milley, and Douglas and Linda Field. Her formative years were spent at Pope John High School in Everett, MA, where she not only excelled academically but also cultivated lifelong friendships.
Beth's life was a testament to her unwavering love for her children, Wilbur Fowler and Carter Merrill. They were the center of her world, and she dedicated herself to their happiness and well-being. Her nurturing nature extended to her beloved dog, who was a constant and loyal companion.
Family was the cornerstone of Beth's life. She was a beloved sister to Richard Milley Jr., and his wife Chelsea, Chris Brauer and his wife Deborah, and Douglas Field Jr., and his wife Stacie.
Beth's courage was evident in the way she faced life's challenges, never allowing them to diminish her kind-hearted nature. She approached every day with a sense of purpose and grace that inspired those around her. Her gentle demeanor belied a strength that was truly remarkable, and she will be remembered for the love and light she brought into the world.
As we bid farewell to Beth, we celebrate the legacy she leaves behind- a legacy of love, courage, and gentleness that will continue to shine in the hearts of her family and friends. Her memory will be cherished and kept alive through the stories and memories shared by those who loved her. Beth's passing is not only a loss to her family but to all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
She will be missed, but the impact she made on this world will endure. May she rest in peace, knowing that she was truly loved and that her spirit will continue to guide us.
Services will be private.

Earlier today

To the family of Elizabeth, my deepest sympathy. Beth was my friend in Everett when we were young children. We cheered together for the Everett huskies. I remember her being one of my first friends when I moved to Everett. Although we were only friends for a short while before I moved again,I remember her kindness, how funny she was and how comfortable she made me feel as the new girl. She was a such a special person. Prayers for you all during this time.
