Born June 27, 1935, in Easton, PA, she was the daughter of the late William E. Jones and Elizabeth "Betty" Katinis.
Her husband of 53 years, Russell C. Hank, Sr., passed away April 29, 2009.
She graduated from Wilson High School in 1954.
She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She loved being with family, always cooking and baking for them. Sis enjoyed playing bingo with her sister, Lois. She was an avid roller skater in her early years at Bushkill Park and later at Skateaway. Sis also enjoyed swimming and tanning at Meuser Pool in Wilson. She was always the tannest at the pool.
Surviving are two sons, Russell C. Hank, Jr. and his wife Cheryl, of Palmerton and Kenneth L. Hank and his companion Patricia Johnson, of Wilson Borough; four grandchildren, Caitlin and Daniel Hank, Amanda Sandhakken and Kimberly Kickbush; five great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by a sister, Lois Diehl in 2005 and a brother, Dennis Katinis in 1987.
Private services were held in the Strunk Funeral Home, Inc., Wilson Borough. Offer online condolences at www.strunkfh.com.

i used to hangout with her oldest son when i was young she always made me laugh....she was my former neighbor & a good woman

i loved Elizabeth so much as my own grandmother
i was her care taker at Northampton post acute , i also grew up with the entire family as a child , and growing up with her grandkids . I'm gonna miss her and her family , they were too good to me and my daughter . we love you's and always in my thoughts and prayers .
