Elizabeth Rosalie Olguin 66, Farmington, NM gained her heavenly wings on August 16, 2024. She was born to Gilbert and Florenia Rivera on October 6, 1957 in Ojo Caliente NM. And was a long time resident of Farmington, NM where she raised her family. She is preceded in death by her beloved mother Florenia Rivera, husband Roger M Olguin, Sons Iran and Roger Pablo Olguin, brothers Joseph and Dennis Rivera, sister Betty Rivera and grandson Nick Martinez and In-laws Teodoro and Viola Olguin. She is survived by her beloved daughter Desirae and her most beloved grandchildren Aviance, Brian, Destiny, Emilio, Viviana, Mya, Emeri Calderon and Christine Martinez (who she loved as a daughter). Her Father Gilbert Rivera, brothers Gilbert Jr, Anthony and Martin(Loretta) and sisters Henrietta, Lynn, Theresa and Tanya; brothers and sister in laws Mabel, Felix (Emily), Thelma, Bernice (Ernie) Diana (Joe), Hilda (Todd), Donald, Emlyn, and Olga Olguin and Maddie Gonzales. Godchildren Justin, Matthew, Aaron, James Jr., Sarah, Amanda, and Emeri. Many other relatives: Uncles, Aunts, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews and friends who she loved very much. Her best friend Rosie. Elizabeth "Liz" worked in the medical and dental field for many years and in recent myears she was a stay at home mom for her grandchildren. She was the best wife, amazing mother, most amazing grandma, daughter, sister and Auntie. Everyone loved her wonderful home cooked meals, her contagious laugh and smile. She was a mama and/or grandmas to everyone she met. She enjoyed life to the fullest. Cremation by Alternative Choice Funeral home. Funeral services will be at St. Marys Catholic Church in Farmington NM, on September 7, 2024. Rosary at 10:30 am and Mass at 11:00 am.
