Elizabeth Ann Riffel, age 63, of Morrill, Nebraska, passed away surrounded by her loved ones on Monday, October 20, 2025. Cremation has taken place, and no services are planned at this time. Beth was born on April 28, 1962, in Sistersville, West Virginia, to Engle Wesley and Edith Irene (Richmond) Watson. She graduated from Tyler County High School in 1980.
She married Lance Lane Riffel on July 24, 2001, in Reno, Nevada. She worked as a baker at Walmart for eleven years.
Beth was a woman who chose to live life simply and her greatest joys were her son, Patrick, her family, and her pets. She and Lance had eight beloved parrots and several dogs over the years.
Survivors include her husband, Lance Lane Riffel; son, Patrick Watson; brothers, Charles Engle (Tina) Watson, John Michael (Lorie) Watson, and James Authur (Angelia) Watson; and sister, Aileen (Buddy) Daughtery.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Engle and Edith Watson; brother, David Lee Watson; and sister, Patricia Ann Richmond.
