Elizabeth was born on May 13, 1942, in Camden, NJ, the daughter of Louis and Mildred (Stock) Knoffrel.
Elizabeth always looked out for other people starting at a very young age. She worked at Cooper Hospital, Hearing and Speech Center, until her son was born.
During the next several years she DJ'd at various clubs in New Jersey and even Atlantic City.
She stayed at home taking care of the family as she loved all different kinds of food and loved to cook. She always had an artistic eye and would dabble in arts and crafts. She would take her work to various craft shows. She did cross stitching, oil painting and many other crafty arts. Her latest fascination was diamond art in which she would spend hours a day creating amazing pictures.
Elizabeth is survived by her loving husband Joseph Stone and son Eric Stone. She was predeceased by her parents.
There will be no calling hours.
A Graveside Service will be held on Monday, October 13, 2025, at 10:00am, at Bayside Cemetery, Union Avenue, Laconia, NH 03246.
