Ellarine Lear Starns , 79, of Holden, LA, passed away Friday, November 12, 2010 at her home. She was a native of Paulina, LA. She is survived by her husband of 60 years Philip Dalton Starns, daughters and sons-in-law Barbara Starns Nelson and James Allen Nelson, Sarah Starns Bellott and Francis Ray Bellott, son and daughter-in-law Wayne and Emily Starns, grandchildren Nathan and Larry Nelson, Shanna Bryant, Brad Starns, Ashton and Andrew Bellott, great-grandchildren Hinesley and Maggie Bryant, Bralen Starns, sisters Sylvia Lear Hidalgo and Loretta Lear Bonfiglio. She is preceded in death by her great-grandson Ethan Nelson, parents James and Lillian Lear, brothers Onezime and Jimmie Lear, sister Rosetta Lear Trosclair, father-in-law and mother-in-law Dock Vining and Ethel Purvis Starns. Pallbearers will be Nathan and Larry Nelson, Brad Starns, Andrew Bellott, Mark Anthony, and Chad McMichael. She was a member of First United Pentecostal Church in Denham Springs.
