Bongartz (Janet), Teresa Bongartz and the late Gerard T. Bongartz; daughter of the late Thomas and Margaret Fleming; sister of the late Margaret Gallo (Joseph), Joan Chuilla (Bernie), Sr. Rosemary Fleming, Thomas Fleming (Rozella), Jackie Fleming (Mitzi); grandmother of Sean, Robert, Brent and the late Shannon; great-grandmother of Brieona, Chanel, Dante, Milleek; great-great-grandmother of Evelyn.
Celebrate Mrs. Bongartz’s life with her family on Wednesday from 2-6 PM at PERMAN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, INC., Shaler Twp. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary of the Assumption Church on Thursday at 10:30 AM.
