Ellen Framer

Ellen Sue Framer (Leventhal), born on March 28, 1944, formerly of Newton, Sharon, and most recently of Hull, passed away on September 22, 2023, at the age of 79.
She was the daughter of the late Beatrice and Hyman Leventhal. Throughout their remarkable journey, she was an adoring and devoted wife to Kenny Framer for nearly 55 years. Ellen was a beloved mother to Heidi and Michael Costanzo of Dunbarton, NH, Lindsey and Nathan Whiteley of Swampscott, MA, and Michael Framer. Moreover, she held the esteemed title of "Memaw" of Maxon and Samantha Whiteley, filling their lives with boundless love and joy. Ellen was cherished as a sister by Barbara and the late Morty Bressler of Framingham, and Owen and Judy Leventhal of Canton. She was also a beloved sister-in-law to Darleen and Michael Sutherland of Durham, NC, Steward and Diana Framer of Somerset, KY, and the late Steven Framer. Furthermore, Ellen had numerous nieces and nephews, along with great-nieces and great-nephews whom she adored and treasured.
Her strength and bravery were awe-inspiring, and she was undoubtedly loved by countless people who were fortunate enough to know her. Ellen possessed a profound affection for her grandchildren who held an incredibly special place in her heart. She seized every opportunity to express her love and demonstrate her devotion to them.
The memorial service to honor Ellen will take place on Thursday, September 28, 2023 at 1PM at Schlossberg Family's Chapel on the Hill, 824 Washington Street, Canton, MA, followed by sitting Shiva at Ellen's late residence in Hull.
