Pre-deceased by her parents John and Teresa (Grissell) Gallagher, and her brother and sister-in-law John J. and Kathleen (Kane) Gallagher. Aunt of Kathleen (Thomas) Redding and John Gallagher. Great aunt of Jordan Gallagher, and John, Lyda, and Tyler Redding.
Relatives, friends, Catholic Daughters of America members of Court St. Dominic #2222, and former Catholic Daughters of America of Court St. Matthew of Mayfair #1828, are invited to her viewing February 24, 2026, from 9:15 AM 6 10:15 AM at St. Matthew s Church (3000 Cottman Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19149), in the upper church. Funeral mass 10:30 AM. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations to The Alzheimer s Association (399 Market St, Suite 102, Philadelphia, PA 19106).
