Ellen Weissman Obituary
Ellen Weissman, 87, passed away, somewhat unexpectedly, on Friday, June 6.
Ellen was the beloved mother of Howard (Susan) Weissman and the late Cheri Weissman, who predeceased her in 2023; the proud grandmother of Benjamin (Libby) Weissman and the ecstatic grandmother of Natalie and Alice Weissman; daughter of the late Nate and Gussie Parmet, Ellen was the the oldest of three children, and was the sister of Paul (Esther) Parmet and Susan Kaplan.
An informal memorial/remembrance will be held on Wednesday, June 18 at 11:00 a.m. at Renaissance Chicago North Shore Hotel, 933 Skokie Boulevard, Northbrook, IL. All who wish to hear about Ellen's life and pay their respects are welcome.
