Ellouise was born in New York and had been a longtime resident of Holiday Park in Palm Bay. Before moving to Florida, she lived in Middletown, New York, and Williston Park, New York, where she raised her family.
She was an active member of every community she called home, dedicating her time and talents to Scouts, church activities, and choirs. She was always willing to lend a helping hand, enriching the lives of those around her.
Before retiring to Palm Bay, Ellouise worked in local government in Middletown, New York.
She is lovingly remembered by her children, Paul Raffo, Sharon Weeks, Heather Speciale, and Meredith Bryson, along with their spouses, her ten grandchildren, and her cousins.
She was predeceased by her son, Alexander J. Raffo Jr.; her mother, Adele Barker; and her beloved aunt and uncle.
Arrangements are under the direction of Millennium Cremation Service. Condolences may be shared online at www.millenniumcremationservice.com.
