Mrs. Eloise Harding (née Womack), age 88, passed away peacefully on August 24, 2025, in Rockmart, Georgia. Born on February 3, 1937, in Rome, Georgia, she lived a life marked by unwavering devotion to her family and faith.
Eloise was the beloved wife of Winford Harding, with whom she shared 72 years of marriage-a testament to their enduring love and partnership. Together they raised three sons: Clark Harding and his wife Jannis, Clayton Harding and his wife Connie, and Marty Harding. Eloise was also blessed with grandchildren, Keisha, Anthony, Kara, Nathan; great-grandchildren, Joshua, Jennifer, Courtney, Michael, Emma, Avah, Cade, and several great-great-grandchildren who brought immense joy to her life. She held each of them close to her heart and cherished the time spent with them.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Parker and Evelyn Womack, as well as her grandson Jason Harding.
A devoted Christian throughout her life, Eloise's faith was a guiding light that shaped her values and actions. Her days were centered around caring for others-whether through nurturing her children, supporting her husband, or offering comfort to those around her. She spent her life taking care of her family and leaves behind a legacy of unconditional love and care that will continue to inspire all who knew her.
May her memory bring comfort to those who knew and loved her.
