Nacio Mayo 01, del 1951 en Santa Barbara, Chihuahua Mexico.
Elva siempre fue una gran trabajadora, que se retiro unos años atras disfrutando de su vida conpartiendo sus cariños con mucho ruido “abrazos,
risas, felicidad, sabiduria, dichoz y mas!” Siempre le encanto salir a disfrutar de la vida, le encatava ir de compras y no se diga siempre poniendose bella. Elva Villela siempre sera una hija, esposa, madre, abuela, bisabuela, amiga que vivio al Maximo! Siempre ofreciendo su gran bello corazón y sonrisa. Elva siempre tan risueña, haciendonos feliz a sus seres queridos con gran ternura nos dio un gran museo de lindos momentos.
Le sobreviven: Su esposo Jose B. Carrillo, y sus cuatro hijos: Elva Isabel Carrillo, Jose B.Carrillo, Joel Carrillo, Jaime Rene Carrillo.
Nietos: Janet Arce, Juan arce, Karen Arce, Joselyn Arce, Liliana Carrillo, Christian Carrillo, Ashly Carrillo, Joel Carrillo Baker Jr., Aylin Carrillo, Jazzlin Carrillo, Kevin Carrillo, Joel Carrillo Jr. Jaime Carrillo Jr., Lindsay Carrillo, Kimberly Carrillo, Jamie Carrillo.
