Emilio C. Farinella
Of Marlton, NJ, passed away suddenly on January 4, 2024. He was 66 years old. Beloved husband for over 36 years of Susan H. (nee Headley). Loving son of the late Frank and Elvira (nee Barbieri) Farinella. Devoted brother of Teresa Picerno (the late Aldo), Joseph Farinella (Lynn), and his twin brother, Anthony Farinella (Joanne). He is also survived by his loving nieces and nephews, his mother in law Dorothy (nee Taylor) Headley and brother in law George H. Headley, Jr. He was predeceased by his father in law George H. Headley, Sr. Emilio was born in Italy, but grew up in the Mayfair section of Northeast Philadelphia. He graduated from Father Judge High School in 1976. He retired as a compliance inspector for Burlington Co. in Edgewater Park, NJ, but had previously worked as a photo lab manager for the Camera Shops and had worked for Medco Health Solutions (now Express Scripts). He was a "master" amateur cook, had a great sense of humor, loved photography and was an avid 49ers fan. A funeral service celebrating his life will held at 10:30am on January 27 at St. Ephrem Catholic Church, 5400 Hulmeville Road, Bensalem, PA 19020. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, 200 Vesey St., 28th Floor, New York, NY 10281
