Emilio Vazquez Obituary

Visit the Riplinger Funeral Home & Crematory - Spokane website to view the full obituary.

With broken hearts, we share the sudden and devastating loss of Emilio Alejandro Vázquez — a beloved son, brother, uncle, grandson, and friend.

One of Emilio’s greatest joys was cruising in his Audi. If you knew him, you knew how proud he was of his car, and how much dedication and hard work he poured into it. Emilio was also an aspiring tattoo artist and was excited about a future working on cars.

He leaves behind his father, Ignacio; his mother, Amanda; older sister, Aiyanna; younger brother, Ricardo; and niece, Nadia. He also leaves behind a heartbroken community of family and friends, who will deeply miss him.

His grandpa, Curtis, always said, “That boy has such a big heart.” True to that, if you were a friend of Emilio’s, you were treated like family.

“What we once enjoyed and deeply loved we can never lose, for all that we love deeply becomes part of us.” — Helen Keller

ZOOM MEETING information will be posted the morning of the service (Saturday, October 11, 2025) for those unable to attend in person.
