Eric was a true outdoorsman, he enjoyed being in the mountains and out on the water. Eric, Christy, and their dog Edan were often out and about hiking, camping, and kayaking. His love of the outdoors influenced his passion for ecology and the environment.
Eric attended and graduated from Southern Polytechnic College to pursue his dream of becoming an architect. He was then employed by Pond and Company as an architect. Eric followed in his father's footsteps into the life of an architect. He practiced architecture for nearly 20 years where he was responsible for the design of aviation facilities and air traffic control towers from coast to coast – which he loved. Beloved by all his colleagues, he was a friendly face and wonderful, helpful leader in the office through his experienced example. His incredible work was recognized by awards and honors within the architectural industry and community. He was also a member of AIA, The American Institute of Architects. His work will continue to serve our communities for many years to come.
