On this solemn day, as we mark the one-year anniversary of our dear Eric´s passing, I extend my heartfelt condolences to his family. Losing someone as amazingly remarkable as Eric leaves an indelible void in our hearts.
To his devoted and loving wife, Debbie, and his terrific children, Milicent, Eddie, Harrison and Charles, I want you to know that your husband and father was not just an exceptional leader but also a caring, inspirational, kind, hardworking, intelligent and compassionate soul. His legacy lives on through the many lives that he touched, the wisdom he imparted, and the kindness he showed to each of us.
As we remember Eric today, let us find solace in the cherished memories we shared with him. May his blessed memory and spirit continue to guide and inspire us and may you all find strength in the love and support of those around you.
With my deepest sympathy,
Debbie Marcantano

Our deepest condolences to Debbie and the entire Dranoff family. Although our friendship was a short one, we loved Eric as a wonderful neighbor and friend. We are thankful for the beautiful memories we have of spending time together on Longboat Key. Eric was such a fun, kind and caring human, and he will certainly be missed. We pray that God will heal your hurting hearts and comfort you during this difficult time.
Much Love,
Mark and Debbie Marcantano

I am heartsick to learn of Eric's passing. Although we never met in person, we worked together over the years as he represented educational institutions insured by my employer, United Educators. Eric was professional, smart, practical and efficient as defense counsel and a really nice guy to boot. He will be missed. My condolences to his wife, children and family, of whom he would speak frequently and fondly.
