Eric John Kloberdanz passed away on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, in Bountiful, Utah, at the age of 58. He was born on December 6, 1965, in Sterling, Colorado.
Eric was raised in Sterling, Colorado, and Centerville, Utah. He graduated from Viewmont High School in 1983. He met and married Melissa Louis Kloberdanz on October 10, 1998, in Salt Lake City, Utah. Eric and Melissa are the parents to three children: Elle Elizabeth, Grace Virginia, and Lincoln Eric. They were later divorced.
Eric was a thoughtful, generous, and loving person. He had the ability to light up any room, with a laugh that was very contagious.
For 13 years, he ran a successful rental business, South Davis Rental. He was a skilled mechanic and had a gift for fixing almost anything. He was always ready to lend a helping hand to those around him. He was always serving others.
He is survived by his loving children, Elle (Blake), Grace, and Lincoln. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jerald E. Kloberdanz and Sharon Stone McCann.
He will be remembered for his loud laugher, generous spirit, and the way he always made everyone feel like a friend. He leaves behind a legacy of kindness, laughter, and love.
While we will miss him deeply, we find comfort in knowing that his love, light, and laughter will live on in all of us who had the privilege of knowing him.
Rest in peace, Dad, you will forever be in our hearts.
